Beautiful 14kt Gold filled bar pin pendant from the late 1800's. The pendant features a buckle design in the center with hand painted taille d'epargne ,(black enamel tracery.) The taille d'epargne accents the floral design hand engraved on each side of the buckle. The pendant has a , "ribbed," edge surround that flashes when the light hits it.
The craftsmanship that went into the hand engraving on this bar pin is a marvel.
